The beginning of Flower Power Rentals

I have always wanted to start an event rental business. I would attend weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, company events and often day dream of how I can provide rental equipment, decorations, entertainment, the ideas never stopped. That dream finally came true when we began to plan our son's first birthday party. As new parents we of course went way above and beyond for our little guy. We had way more balloons, decor, and especially food that we needed. We also purchased many tables, chairs, and other items that we planned to rent out eventually. We were so overwhelmed by putting up decorations, picking up food, making matching t-shirts, blowing up balloons, we didn't live in the moment as much as we could have. It was finally time to pull the trigger for us to start Flower Power Rentals here on the Northshore in Louisiana. Kris and I discussed that I want to remain affordable and help make event planning less stressful for our customers so that they can focus on enjoying and being present for their event. As we begin this journey, we understand there may be a few bumps in the road. We plan to communicate with our customers with honesty and transparency. If there is any confusion with our website, booking process, pick-up/delivery please reach out to us so that we can clarify. We will also use feedback to make our website more user friendly. We are often adding new inventory and have ideas for future products/services, if there is a product/services that you would like to rent that we do not have in stock we would love to hear from you so we can make it happen! 

We serve many areas in southeast Louisiana: Northshore, Capitol area, Greater New Orleans. We can also travel further. Our home base is in Covington, LA. We do have a delivery fee of 0.75 cents per mile for delivery and pick-up. We do not have rental porch pick-up available at this time but may become available in the future.
